How to Register

• It is a regulatory requirement by the Swiss government to register your SIM and self identify before activation. The activation process is in two stages. First you must complete the web form. Second you must download the ID Now AutoIdent app to submit a copy of your personal ID and take a selfie.
• Before starting the activation process please ensure to have a valid ID document to hand; either your passport, national ID or Swiss residence card.
• Enter the PUK and the last 4 digits of your ICCID to start SIM activation. You can find these values on either the order confirmation email for eSIM or the letter and physical SIM you received by post or in store.
• Complete each step ensuring to fill out each field with accurate data.
• On completion of the online activation form you will receive an email confirmation and an identity reference.
• Download the ID Now AutoIdent app via Google Play or Apple Store to complete the SIM activation process. The activation process will not be complete until you scan your identity and take a selfie via the ID now AutoIdent mobile app.
